CardioChek Link is a convenient and easy to use software. It requires two sections to be completed in order to install it. The first section requires the provider's name to be entered - this can be the name of the medical practice or clinic where the CardioChek test is being done. Additionally, a code or number can be entered for later identification of the tester if multiple people in the same practice are performing the tests. The second section, the patient section, requires the patient's full name or an abbreviated version of it, or a code for later identification.
